Who do I contact for assistance and/or repairs to Pianca products?

The Italian Consumer Code (Art 128 and subsequent) requires that assistance is provided by our authorized dealers.
If your dealer is no longer available, you can contact us at info@pianca.com. You will need to provide:
– purchase details (order confirmation, copy of invoice, till receipt, etc)
– a clear description of the problem
– Photos documenting product conditions and the damaged component.
Pianca will put you in contact with a store that can offer the required assistance.
We cannot guarantee the availability of components and/or spare parts for products that have been discontinued for more than 10 years.
