From 12 to 20 September 2026, Pianca will take part in the London Design Festival together with Go Modern.
On 17 September, the showroom at 565 King’s Road will host Where Does Design Begin?, a day entirely dedicated to Pianca. During the day, visitors will be able to discover the company through collections, new releases, materials and furnishing solutions, encountering a design vision founded on the balance between aesthetics, functionality, customisation and Italian manufacturing culture.

The day will continue with a conversation with Philippe Tabet, the designer behind several projects developed for Pianca, including the Fushimi bed, winner of the Good Design Award. Starting from the question Where Does Design Begin?, Tabet will guide the audience through a reflection on the origins of design and on what precedes form: ideas, material research, experimentation and the different stages of the creative process.
The meeting will offer a closer look at the work that gives shape to design, focusing not only on the final result, but also on the choices, intuitions and relationships that help build a project. A day conceived to tell the story of the Pianca universe and open a dialogue on the meaning of contemporary design.
