An acknowledged commitment

Building a equo working environment, inclusive, and respectful is a daily commitment that Pianca upholds with dedication. This is not a shift in direction but a long-standing vision that has always guided our decisions. The recently obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification is the official recognition of this approach, confirming the adoption of a management system aligned with the national guidelines for Gender Equality.

The journey toward certification was built on a solid and structured foundation, supported by policies aimed at ensuring equal opportunities throughout every stage of the professional journey: from recruitment and hiring to career advancement and pay equity, from work-life balance to parental support, and from safeguarding against any form of workplace abuse or discrimination.

A noteworthy aspect is that the certification has been granted for the following Pianca locations: the main headquarters in Gaiarine, the production centers in Codognè, and the Pianca & Partners showroom in Milan— in order to demostrate the organization’s broad and transversal commitment.
