Entrepreneur and designer Luciano Marson works with leading furniture brands, also as a consultant and art director. Over the years he has worked with De Padova as an agent and consultant to General Management. He has worked with leading designers like Vico Magistretti and Achille Castiglioni, maturing and refining his personal style in the process. Over his career he has received four Compasso d’Oro prizes, the first three with Horm, a company he set up in 1989; in 1998 for design style, in 2004 and 2008 as CEO for the Ripples design and the Salone del Mobile stand in 2005. In 2020 he received the Compasso d’Oro for the Pieces of Venice social enterprise, of which he is the founder, creative director and co-owner with his wife Karin.
