A’ Design Award 2022

Designed by the Scandinavian Note Design Studio, Embrace was selected by the jury of the renowned international design prize

A’ Design Award is a contest that brings together the best design projects divided into 100 different categories, from architecture to interior design, and furniture to communication. A jury of professionals, academic and industry press members from all over the world judge the designs against criteria of quality and excellence with the aim of presenting a fair, ethical and exhaustive range of designs, and giving visibility to the most deserving works.

The Embrace bed received the Bronze A’ Design Award in the Furniture Design category. With refined simplicity, protective and welcoming, the curved headboard of Embrace wraps around the bed, evoking the warmth of an embrace.
Concealed legs elevate the structure a few centimetres off the floor, adding an ethereal touch of lightness. The bed is also available with an underbed storage base. The bed structure without the base is designed to fit a recessed mattress.
